About IDEP

IDEP is a platform that enables industry and business growth through data exchange and solution engagement.

IDEP can be utilised by both developers and business owners looking for data sets, solutions and business insights.

Through IDEP, business owners can exchange and incentivise their data safely; engage solution providers to enhance their business capabilities; and through insightful data output better understand their business needs and strategic direction.

You can register for either a Producer's account at Be A Producer or a Buyer's account at Be a Buyer.

If you want to provide your data on IDEP and be our valued industry partner, please register your interest as a Producer.

If you want to acquire datasets on IDEP, please register for a Buyer's account.

Registering for an IDEP account is free.

The Registered User's Agreement (RUA) is a legal document that grants all IDEP account holders privileges on the IDEP ranging from data acquisition to data partnerships.

Listing Your Data on IDEP

You can sign up for a Producer’s Account HERE.

  1. (1) You must own any data product that you choose to list on IDEP.
  2. (2) Your data product must not contain any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Please refer to our Data Protection Policy for more information on PII.
  3. (3) Your data product must be Swagger API ready.
  4. (4) You must list at least one Freemium data product on IDEP.


A data product consist of (1) an API URL, (2) API Documentation, (3) a Sample Data file in .csv format, (4) Data Schemas, (5) an End-User Licencing Agreement (EULA) that governs the use and ownership of the data product.

Your data product’s EULA must (1) Allow the Buyer access and use the data, (2) Ensure there is no data breach (Please refer to our Data Protection Policy  and (3) Detail the price plans, termination procedures and updating procedures where appropriate. Please contact us HERE should you require any assistance with creating your own EULA.

API documentation is a technical content deliverable, containing instructions about how to effectively use and integrate with an API. It’s a concise reference manual containing all the information required to work with the API, allowing the Developer to easily integrate the API with their programme/software.

The security of your data depends on the security of your data server as IDEP does not retain any client’s data in our servers.

All data sets listed on IDEP and its data owner are curated by the IDEP team prior to uploading. We ensure to the best of our ability to provide you with genuine data sets.

We may collect your personal data when you:

  1. Subscribe to our services;
  2. Use our network and other IDEP products or services;
  3. Register for a specific product or service;
  4. Sign up for alerts or newsletters;
  5. Contact us with a question or request for assistance;
  6. Participate in a competition, lucky draw or survey; and/or
  7. Visit our websites.

We may share your data with

  1. Companies in the Singtel Group Companies;
  2. Business partners and vendors we work with to deliver services you have subscribed to;
  3. Industry regulators and other government organisations, as required by local laws and regulations;
  4. Financial institutions for purposes such as facilitating GIRO and/or payments; and/or
  5. Research institutions for market analysis purposes.

Termination of Service

You may do so by contacting our administrator via the “Contact Us” page.

Your account will remain deactivated for 6 months from the effective date of termination. All account information will be deleted from our systems after this deactivation period.

You may do so by contacting our administrator via the “Contact Us” page. Please note that reactivation of account is only valid for those whose accounts have been deactivated for less than 6 months.

You will be unable to reactivate an account that has been deactivated for more than 6 months. Please register for a new account HERE.
